[Dataset quality] Degraded fields in Doc flyout

in elastic/kibana#172272 we added Degraded fields table to Doc flyout, so now users are able to investigate in a more visual way what is being ignored within their document

This table includes the name of the field being ignored and the value, also a way to navigate to Dataset quality to do more explorations around dataset quality.

We would like to reflect this changes in the documentation, this will present also a way of introducing dataset quality to users that don't know its existence
