[Request]: Add warning in release notes for AI Assistant error #4090

Description

We have found that by fixing a different bug, we have created an issue with function calling in the AI Assistant that causes an error message when using OpenAI. There is a fix that will be available in 8.15 and a workaround in 8.14.3 to use simulated function calling in AI Assistant Settings. Only 8.14.3 is affected by this issue

Sample of error message: "Error: an error occurred while running the action - Status code: 400. Message: API Error: model_error - Missing required parameter: 'messages[4].function_call.arguments'."
