Describe the bug
On loading of the Element Call page, it does not seem to re-poll my video device. As such, changes to video device settings made between reloads do not get picked up. If I then load Jitsi, it re-polls the video device and picks up on the changes. I can then go back to Element Call and the changes are there.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
My Linux based web cam starts fuzzy.
Start element call, notice fuzzy camera, remember to change settings.
I use v4l2-ctl to change hardware / firmware settings on the camera to turn off auto-focus.
Reload element call, still fuzzy.
Expected behavior
Reload element call, camera picks up on changes and video is now sharp due to turning off auto-focus.
