Chat not possible, unable to decrypt UTD even in new rooms #2733

One time appeared UTD bug, but then every new room still suffer this bug. We still can not chat. Every one of us deleted the room, and the contact of each other. Then created new room, same problem. My side can not decrypt messages. No idea what to do without getting new account.

The Bug Report from the side sending messages is already submitted.

Right now it would be nice just to know, if there exists some workaround to be able to use element without opening the new account.
