Impossible to log in with password when fingerprint reader enabled

What Happened?

After every reboot, I'm seeing the same behaviour. The password field is deactivated after entering the password and hitting enter, but nothing happens. Only after touching the fingerprint reader the login happens as expected. But then there's a prompt to enter the keychain password, so the password was never consumed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Reboot
2. Enter password at login screen and hit enter
3. Nothing happens
4. Touch fingerprint reader
5. Login happens

Expected Behavior

Should log in after entering the password and hitting enter.
