• links in the help menu are all changed to https://www.eliatra.com
• favicons for all states that are supported by OSD (safari pin tab, apple touch icon, msit etc)

Because we renamed the product to "Eliatra OpenSearch Distro" or "EOD" we need to remove the word "Enterprise" everywhere added before and add the final logo + favicon:

@salyh Assets have been replaced (including separate colors for dark mode) and the name has been changed.
