As a BASIL user I'd like to be able to leverage automation to automatically fix broken links that BASIL recognizes as warnings.
A warning in case of a broken link means that the mapped section still exists but it is in a different position (offset) in the file.
So in order to save time a user can enable a flag and let the automation able to modify the offset in the db to keep the mapping more stable.
The auto-fix feature should be optional and enabled based on user needs
The changes applied by the automation should be visible in the history and marked with a specific user like "auto-fix-bot"
