Import Software Requirements from other tools

Other software requirements management tools are able to export data using the SPDX Model 3 standard (json format).
One example is StrictDoc.
We should investigate also other tools that are using that standard interchange format.

It should be possible to import in BASIL software requirements reading files generated by other tools.
