- ELISA scope: Come to a proposal to collect interested parties.
- the new proposal is having the style of a research project, which can be used for attracting parties.
- Horizon delivers an environment in which we can operate in, but we are not limited to it. Keeping the style of the proposal makes it more generic and re-usable.
- Conclusion from today: Bring the "objective of proposal" forward so that it can form a base for "whatever kind of funding/financing".
