react co-op index table #16

Loading

build out the index table for the co-op page and have it display when "co-op" navbar item is clicked

it should have the following table columns:

name
start date
end date
location
interest
initial balance
current balance
expected repayment
region (pending changes from add region field to co-op #17 )

and the json data can be accessed at the /coops endpoint
