Organize/rework website blog post

I have some blog posts moved from nyu's blog to my own website. is this the way i want to continue? maybe i should move them to notion... that just may be an easier way to edit/write them. one benefit is that its easier to post - and get spell check. and i already have my summer documentation on there, and it looks nice already.

things to note:

• i have a link from my day at the beach github readme to my website's blog post
• even though notion is nice, it is nice to have all of my blogs in markdown... just makes it simpler to move elsewhere if i ever want to
