WIP for #70, companion PR to elliotwoods/ofxMachineVision#4
This patch adds a setting to the Graycode procedure settings, allowing the user to select a number of frames to average, in order to reduce noise and banding (at the cost of ghosting if the scene is not static).
This patch has not yet been tested with realworld data, only by checking intermediate results of averaging. WIP.
