Effects Rotate & Flip using the same code.

It's not dramatical, maybe dev team dosnt know about it and want fix that, hope i did help.

If you looking in Docs under "Effects" then, Rotate(), & Flip(). You will see that Flip is declared as "use.Rotate()" what's wrong. But is simple to change that to Flip() and trouble is gone. May it can help dev team further.
