cst.data.mapdata url broken #4

the first url = 'http://www.ngdc.noaa.gov/mgg/shorelines/data/gshhs/version2.2.0/gshhs+wdbii_2.2.0.zip' does not exist any more. they've put it under 'http://www.ngdc.noaa.gov/mgg/shorelines/data/gshhs/oldversions/version2.2.0/gshhs+wdbii_2.2.0.zip' now

Also, in cst.data.us_place_names() there is a typo, "if not os.path.exist(filename):" should be "os.path.exists(...)"

Thanks for letting me know. It looks like they have an updated version here that I will test:
