no-littering + elpaca note: must process queue

Important note for no-littering + elpaca users: when loading no-littering via elpaca, you must do (elpaca-process-queues) to make it set all the relevant vars right away. Otherwise elpaca just queues no-littering amongst the rest of the packages, and things like desktop loading and recentf and probably other vars get set much later than you think in the init process.

If your init files are super clean and elpaca-ready, there's probably a way to make it work even when queued, but this fixed a number of things for me with one stroke.
