Get lines disabled by legend

Hi!
I am working on custom navigation which requires rescaling the Y axis.
Basically it goes through all the future lines and chooses the Y range to include all the data visible on the screen.

When some lines are turned off in the legend box, they are no longer visible, but they "corrupt" the min-max of the Y axis.

P.S. I have a workaround, but I'd prefer to know if there is a way to get the line names and their statuses (enabled or not)
