What

Potential to add a new field to Drawings regarding what events the artist has been exposed to, to provide more context for drawing content.

How

TBC.

Considerations

We need to confirm if attempting to collect this data provides complications to the process. E.g privacy / ethical concerns. If ok, how do we record this data in a succinct, non intrusive way? What are examples of events we'd expect here that would add value to our dataset?

To Do

@CathMollie to weigh up options and whether or not we should collect this, consulting with Dama + @smurfyrach

Following call with @smurfyrach 19 Oct:

  • Returning this to Backlog.
  • Valuable data which could be a powerful source of advocacy and policy change, or even a published report, particularly if combined with data from 'mood' field.
  • But needs more discussion with field workers who may object to collecting this kind of data.
  • Part of pilot discussion guide.

  • Note that parental consent could potentially play a role here.
