Rebuild Public/Logged Out Pages based on new designs

What

Users of the DML Upload and Admin web app are invited to an organisation via email from an Org Admin (currently Super-admin). They create a password and log in to the live app where they see uploaded drawings from their fellow organisation members. They can reset their password if they forget it.
The public/logged out pages were recently revised by @marizoldi who created a set of wireframes rethinking UX and applying visual design.
These pages now need rebuilding and styling to the new designs.

NB: Ignore the Sign Up pages in the design (last two slides), as no one should be able to sign up anymore and need to instead be added by an admin.

How

Refer to past PR #139 which was an initial amend to these pages.

Please note two text changes:

• on slide two, the error text should read: 'Password not recognised. Reset password?'
• on slide three, the error text should read: 'Email not recognised. Please try again.'

Considerations

• Branding/logo to be confirmed. This is nearly done. Refer to @rocioleon.
• Wording to confirmation email is being changed - see Make clear in confirmation email that link expires within 7 days #155 - but doesn't block this ticket.

To Do

• Rebuild the pages and apply the designs. Contact @marizoldi for advice e.g. on style guide.

@rocioleon Please review @marizoldi's wireframes now that branding is done. Do we need to prepare a branded mockup before dev starts on this? Will mark as blocked for now. cc @CathMollie

Based on @marizoldi wireframe, I've updated the DML styleguide to pick up colours and fonts. @krissy

• Developers need to install Josefin Sans webfonts
