Arp LV2 plugin not triggered by notes on 0

Notes placed on 0 aren't picked up by the arp LV2 plugin.
Moving the note a small bit later is enough to make it work.
This doesn't happen with the LV2 seq plugin.

Ran into this whilst running the Arp LV2 plugin in Qtractor
