如果用了 calshX、shadowRocket 这类代理就会出现 ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED，javascript 侧返回的异常就是 Opening handshake failed. 握手失败，看了一下 google 的源码，应该是连接代理服务时直接就被浏览器拦住了，我们的业务中想在因为代理而导致的握手失败时，选择降级成 WebRTC，不知道怎么解决。😭😭😭😭
