縮尺が0以下になる問題 #5

問題点
縮尺を求める式が zoom = 20 - log2(distance/10)なので、distance = 2^20 * 10 以上になると、zoomの値が0以下になってしまう。
ただしこの値以上を入力してもAPI側で0にしていると思われるので動作上問題ない。
解決策
- 上式がある一定値以下（0？）のとき1にしてしまう・・・？

もしかすると、目的地に対してはこの計算方法だと適切でないかもしれない・・・
