出発時間を指定していないのに、現在時刻出発の設定になっている #19

設定したのは
　出発地：つくばセンター
　目的地１：筑波山（10:30）
　目的地２：牛久大仏
です。

この場合筑波山をに10:30にいることを前提に出発時間を指定して欲しいのだけど、
現在時刻に出発する前提になってます。

あと指定した地点がほとんど無視された形に... T_T
