Auth - technical feature requests

Not sure if already supported, but found below in other 2FA apps that 'may' not be in Ente Auth as of now and can be considered:

1. HOTP support (event based token).
2. 8-digit tokens support.
3. Extended time tokens (possibility to add TOTP with any time token).
4. Additional SHA variations (support SHA1 and SHA2 group (SHA-1, SHA-256, SHA-512)
