envoyproxy/envoy/.github/workflows/_load_env.yml@2c83bf892b4994c5197dee100666c78035dea6f6 (Line: 113, Col: 16): Invalid input, request is not defined in the referenced workflow.

This seems due to the Bazel caching work in #37096.
