I would like to leverage the libjaegertracing.so.0.4.2 plugin in our envoy proxy docker image, however I can't seem to find any license specified that would allow me to bring it in to my organization. Is it possible to get a LICENSE.MD create and/or update the README to include the reference to the source code used to create the plugin?
