Show loading BPS instead of 0

when i first load the page it says that 0 BPs have joined the alliance

@xavier506 a solution to this loading time is to move the bps joined the alliance data to the backend and fetch it from there, what do you think of the approach?

I think it could be a good idea if it dosent require too much more work
