Let's replace the following texts:
Lotes Activos -> Ítemes Activos
Lotes Entregados -> Ítemes Entregados

Active Lots -> Active Items
Delivered Lots -> Delivered Items

When referring to "items," are we talking about each vaccine? Why not stick to the word "vaccine" if that's the case?
Instead of "active," - we're trying to say that they're in transit?

On that note, what do you think about:

• Vacunas en tránsito / Vaccines in transit
• Vacunas entregadas / Delivered vaccines
