Review what is reported from the data cleaning operations and how this is displayed

Most of the cleaning operations return a report that can be accessed from the cleaned_data using

report <- attr(cleaned_data, "report")

This issue is for colleagues to review the format of the output objects from the cleaning operations. Also, colleagues can amend on how the report is displayed and make suggestions.
