When dealing with a linelist, allowing for tags=TRUE will be a nice way to inform clean_data that the data cleaning operations will only be applied on the tagged variables.

Otherwise, use target_columns

Closing this issue as we are sticking with the usage of target_columns = "linelist_tags" when dealing with input objects of type linelist.
