Vaccination rate misspecified in vignette? #251

In the vaccination vignette, it sets a rate of 0.0001 for vaccination in the youngest group:

vaccinate_elders <- vaccination(
  name = "vaccinate elders",
  time_begin = matrix(100, nrow(contact_matrix)),
  time_end = matrix(250, nrow(contact_matrix)),
  nu = matrix(c(0.0001, 0, 0))
)

But unless I'm missing something, I think this should be defined as:

vaccinate_elders <- vaccination(
  name = "vaccinate elders",
  time_begin = matrix(100, nrow(contact_matrix)),
  time_end = matrix(250, nrow(contact_matrix)),
  nu = matrix(c(0, 0, 0.0001))
)
