Add render to automated release post workflow

Currently, the workflow for an automated release post does not render the post. I detected this issue in #299 - this is a result of the addition of the automatically generated acknowledgments in #273, which now requires a freeze for the Netlify preview to succeed.

We already have something similar implemented for the contributor collection workflow, and we could implement this for the automated blogs upon release as well. These would not need the SUDO_GITHUB_TOKEN because it would not make any commits on the main branch.
