This is the script in PHP to provision & build a new ExactTarget account
leveraging our Data Extension framework and the Common Subscriber View.

Additionally, you can see how we provision the Path to Value programs like:
- Welcome Program
- Engagement attributes (Last Send Date, Last Open Date, etc.)
- Commerce data setup
- Setting up & building derived fields
- Setting up an automated "demo" email to write new subscribers to a DE every day

This script is based upon a shift in implementing ExactTarget customers on a common data framework
incorporating many relational data sources within a pre-defined data schema.

The pre-defined data schema actually allows for more rapid product development against tools for
custom reports, Audience Builder, Report Builder, etc.
