Check latest blockifier main for API compatibility

While we are still far from the planned release of Starknet 0.13.4 with L2 gas changes we should do an early check for the completeness of the blockifier API currently on main.

This would allow us to verify that there is no mismatch in the API blockifier exposes and the data we are expected to return over JSON-RPC. We should also find a way of mapping VM resources to L2 gas (if at all possible?) so that we can return meaningful information for historical transactions over JSON-RPC 0.8.0.
