Add published time after date in the news list

Please add First published time to the be shown after the date in the list on the /news page (en + no). We do not want to show/update with Modified time.

@millianapia - please add time after the date, no additional text: 04 February 2025 | 08:00(CET) (and the time should not be updated if the article is modified, but always just show when it was first published)
