Uninstalling/masking packages from komodo

There should be a way to mask packages installed into komodo so that they're not usable in komodoenv. Perhaps by having a list of packages that are "removed" and have a custom site.py remove them.

I am very much unsure whether this can be done in a nice way. Adding it to the stable milestone, but this issue can be dropped easily.
