Please, prevent SIGMA reporting not existent issues

I try to complain here, since Since SIGMA Gestión Universitaria, AIE (MP) has been ignoring for months @janinamincer-daszkiewicz 's warnings.
They are calling our server in a bad way, we answer with the correct HTTP Error code and they report us (and many other providers).
We are wasting time in checking non existent errors

I am bit curious to know how posting here will help? We too have problem with providers considering 429 (request limit) as error and reporting to error API. But nothing has been done about it.

After several months without any results, may be that media pillory could obtain some success 😄
