Ergo Wallet app should use node blockchain API

  • Add info on node detection stating if node supports blockchain API
  • Add check box to prefer using node api over explorer, default set to false
  • Same for iOS

When prefering node api is enabled:

  • get balance information from node, fall back to explorer in case of error
  • get token information from node, fall back to explorer in case of error
  • get explorer box information: use node, fall back to explorer in case of error

Later

  • get transaction information from node, fall back to explorer in case of error

Even later:

  • get transaction list from node
  • set check box default to true (prefer node api over explorer)
