Remove dependencies from package.json #557

As quagga is delivered as bundeled project, all dependencies are included. So they are no dependencies, they are dev depenedencies.

This causes problems if you use pnpm and want to bundle a electron package. Cause then it does not find the dependencies (but they are not needed)
