This is the original version of Rrose, which was released on 10 Dec 2012. It works with Leaflet versions 0.4.0 to 0.6.2, and 0.7.2. A Leaflet commit on 3 Jul 2013 (Leaflet/Leaflet@914807c) introduced a bug that prevents Rrose from working properly with releases 0.6.3, 0.6.4, 0.7, and 0.7.1, so please check your versions carefully.
