Does not work with JQuery 1.9

Downloaded this to use with my current project and found it doesn't work, generating an error when trying to check for Opera. Doing some research, the browser() command was removed from JQuery as of 1.9.

Use migrate-plugin while this plugin is not upgraded:

And I'm afraid that it will not be upgraded :(
