For me, it is not startup performance but unresponsive UI:

same problem than lukasf, it can take up to 10 seconds to detect the process has started. Back to the oldfashion MessageBox.Show("attach yourself now"); workaround.
VS22 Enterprise up2date, ReAttach 2.5
