Add homepage sections better describing Cardinal and it's features.

Currently thinking of using the following style for the features session. Copy could be better, but that can be easily changed. Just need to settle on a presentation style, since I don't want to have to change it anytime soon.

  • Probably a good idea to have a call-to-action to the Roadmap page somewhere during the early stage development.
  • Interested in putting the logos/symbols of the libraries used to compose Cardinal. Depending on the licencing, I may need to check with library authors if I'm authorized to expose their logos.
