Error in loading the geometry file once the hec-ras project is saved

I have a problem with the export of the sdf file: I notice that in the geometry of the sections there are many points repeated (ie with the same coordinates) as never?
When I import this file on hec ras the repeated points seem to be missing. The geometry file seems correct. When I reopen the project hec-ras, after saving it, I get an error in loading the geometry file: the message is "some schematic data outside default extents". I can't see the previously loaded sections anymore. What could cause this error?
