When have one Payment Selection with more than one Purchase order from a same Business Partner, this only create one payment without Purchase Order References.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create 2 Purchase Order with the same Business Partner
2. Create an Payment selection for the Purchase Orders created
3. Print / Export Payment Selection an view Payments Generated
