Move "Player HUD" and related parts to another tool

I want to at least move the webpage part out of this bundle and put it on some external server so it can be used without NodeCG running. Maybe the Streamdeck part should be moved out too, although that's a bit more difficult.

The new tool may need other/different features which will not be discussed here, this is just a note that it needs to be moved/removed.

This may be reconsidered but not sure yet, am adding issue to the project and will decide later down the line.
