Problem: Differing availability times

Sometimes the times a runner is available for differ between what's shown in the Users Tool and what's getting exported to .csv

Root cause seems to be that the md-timepicker widget selects and returns a date in the users local timezone. This isn't very useful to us, because we want the date to be picked in the event's timezone. Unfortunately I can't see an easy way right now to change the timezone this component should be working with, so we'll probably have to do some conversion ourselves before storing it in the database.
