[Actual Results]: The system does not display all the information that the user insert from POC

[Expected results]: The system should display the values in POC at OpenMRS visit forms:

• IMC
• Esquema ARV
• Tipo
• Interrompeu por
• Mudança de regime
• Outros Medicamentos

[Steps to reproduce]: Checkin the patient-> go to clinical module->search for the patient->click on consultation tab-> Fill all the listed clinical services
Go to openMRS-> Search for the same patient-> click on the on the visit Tab-> click on the visit view icon of the latest visit
