Dead patients actions are not disabled

Actual Results

After declaring a patient dead, I can still check them in, go to enter their vitals, and possibly take many other actions.

Expected results

A patients records are read-only after being declared dead. Actions are disabled. The deceased patient cannot be checked in, vitals entered or any other action taken.

Steps to reproduce

After adding a test patient, lookup the test patient in registration search.
Checkin the patient.
Add Vitals
[...] (some other steps must be necessary, these alone have not replicated the available options after death, as actions are once a day, it may require something that will not be disabled by having been adding that day)
Click remove patient
Specify Tuberculosis
Save patient
