Program details not updated after removing a state

Actual Results

After removing a program state, the modal window remains open showing the state just deleted and the remove button. The program details are only updated if the modal is manually closed and reopened. As the screenshot shows, the program listing beneath the modal is updated.

Expected results

The modal window should be updated and remain open if there are more states or automatically closed if no other state exist for that program.

Steps to reproduce

Login -> registration module -> search for a patient enrolled on a program or enroll on a new program -> click the (green) view button -> on the modal window remove the state of the program.
