Update the README, should at least contain:

  • quick installation
  • dependency (on NEBULA)
  • Reference to eScience Center
  • link to contributing guidelines (or contain contributing guidelines)

The README should mention that the deploy-gh-pages action should be triggered by hand.

This is outdated. The deploy-gh-pages action will be triggered upon a new release. This should be properly documented.
